Red Light Therapy
Service Overview
Red light therapy uses a Lightstim™️ Red Light Wand to spot treat areas of choice. This non-invasive approach supports circulation, reduces inflammation, and accelerates your body's natural healing response — perfect for targeted recovery or maintenance.
How It Works
I'll apply the red light wand directly to the area you'd like to address. The warmth and light penetrate tissue to support healing at a cellular level. Sessions are typically 15-30 minutes, depending on the area being treated.
Benefits
Support circulation and healing
Reduce inflammation
Accelerate recovery
Provide targeted support to problem areas
Good For
Athletes and active individuals
Clients with chronic neck, shoulder, or back tension
Those experiencing repetitive-use discomfort (desk work, manual labor)
Individuals with limited range of motion
Clients seeking targeted therapeutic work on specific areas
People recovering from injury or working through chronic pain patterns
What to Expect
We'll discuss your specific areas of concern and what "deeper pressure" means to you—everyone's threshold is different, and your comfort is essential. During the session, you'll experience sustained, focused work on areas that hold chronic tension.
The pace is intentionally slower than Swedish Massage, allowing time for muscles to respond and soften. You're always in control—if pressure feels too intense or an area needs adjustment, speak up. Deep Tissue should feel therapeutic, not punishing.
Session Frequency Recommendation
Deep Tissue is most effective as part of a consistent series of sessions. If you're addressing chronic tension or injury recovery, bi-weekly sessions for 6-8 weeks allows your body to recognize the changes and build new patterns of ease.
Once the acute tension releases, monthly maintenance sessions help prevent patterns from re-establishing themselves. For athletes or those with ongoing physical demands, weekly sessions during training seasons provides optimal support.
Take the first step toward a calmer, safer nervous system. Your body deserves this care.
