At Shore to Heal Massage Therapy, healing begins with feeling safe. I'm a licensed massage therapist dedicated to trauma-informed, client-centered care that supports both physical well-being and nervous system regulation. Massage is often thought of as simply relieving muscle tension, but I believe meaningful healing happens when the body is given the chance to relax, feel supported, and reconnect with itself in a safe, respectful environment.

Being trauma-informed means recognizing that every person arrives with a unique life experience. Stress, injury, grief, illness, and daily demands all shape how the body responds to touch. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to create a session that honors their comfort, preferences, and goals.

Throughout every session, you're encouraged to communicate your needs, adjust pressure, decline techniques, request changes, or pause at any time. Your sense of control and choice is always respected. Whether you're seeking pain relief, stress reduction, recovery, nervous system support, or simply a space to unwind, my goal is to meet you where you are.
